I don't wear or buy a lot of jewelry but I really liked what these gals had to offer. It's more of a Bohemian look. The designs are simple with grace. I feel their designs accent the gems they pick.
I spoke with Linda and Mary briefly. They love jewelry and design. Linda started creating jewelry for herself, family and friends. Her jewelry became so popular that she decided to sell it at street fairs and home boutiques. Her expertise is beads and findings.
Mary Staggs, owner of Staggs Lane Jewelry, has created jewelry for many years too. Last Christmas she was getting so many compliments on her jewelry and someone suggested to start a business. She had just been diagnosed with Alzheimers. It was devastating to her and the family. But she felt going into business would take her mind off this and make her happy. She opened her Etsy store in March 2013 and established many loyal customers and friends. She enjoys making jewelry using both sterling silver and brass with gemstones, and Swarovski and Czech crystals. Her style leans more towards the 60's and 70's Hippie look. She said "A lot of my jewelry is simple, but I'm experimenting more and more and I love it." It is quite clear that Mary has so much love and passion for her craft.
Look her up on Etsy and Pinterest. You will be pleasantly surprised.
