Today calls for a barbecue! Ed fired up the barbecue and off he went to grill nine Harris Ranch hamburger patties! My parents decided not to come because the weather's been too hot!
I decided to go to Alexander's Meats and get a chicken. I had the butcher butterfly it. And on my way back home to give it to Ed.
Season both sides with salt and pepper. Be sure to clean and oil the grill.
Grill chicken, skin-side down, covered until the skin is crisp. Approximate one hour. But before time was up, Ed based the chicken with Williams-Sonoma Pomegranate Citrus Roasting Glaze.
Use your instant-read thermometer and insert into the thigh. The goal is for it to register 165 degrees.
The glaze really made this chicken terrific!WOW! was that delicious!
